Amongst the most beautiful trekking destinations of Nepal, the Annapurna region lies in north-central Nepal. This region is quite famous for the glorious Annapurna massif including the Annapurna I (8091m). The Annapurna region is not just known for its remarkable display of natural beauty but also offers insight into the culture of the Gurung and Tibetan communities.
