Jiri to Everest Base Camp via Chola- Pass.
 The trekking route from Jiri to Kalapathhar is a longer and more varied trek to the Base Camp, which is in fact the old Mt. Everest expedition route used on the first successful ascent. This trek passes through spectacular villages with exotic monasteries in Junbeshi (2675 m) to and to Khartung which offers the first view of Everestand host of other peaks like Thamserku (6608 m), Kantega (6779 m), Kusum Kangru (6367 m) and Mera Peak (6654 m). Further to Traksindo Pass (3071 m) and Ringmo. This is a classic trekking region which is a variation of the Everest trail to avoid the busier standard
route and to see Sherpa villages that are less crowded. The trek emerges high up in the Khumbu valley and follows the trail to Everest Base Camp along with a superb views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and Makalu.

Day 01 Arrival at Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel. Group meeting programme for detailed information about trekking. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 Drive from Kathmandu to Jiri. Driving approx. 6 hours by express public bus. Overnight at guest house.
Day 03 Jiri to Bhandar (1520 mt.). Walking 6 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 04 Bhandar to Sete (2500 mt.). Walking 5 ½ hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 05 Sete to Junbesi (2675 mt.). Walking 6 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 06 Junbesi to Nunthala (2345 mt.). Walking 5 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 07 Nunthala to Kharikhola (2194 mt). Walking 5 hours. Over night at guest house.
Day 08 Kharikhola to Puyan (2890 mt.). Walking 4 hours. Over night at guest house.
Day 09 Puyan to Phakding (2610 mt.). Walking 6 ½ hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 10 Phakding to Namche Bazar (3441 mt.). Walking 6 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 11 Acclimatization day in Namche Bazar. Overnight at guest house.
Day 12 Namche Bazar to Tengboche(3860 mt.). Walking 5 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 13 Tengboche to Pheriche (4230 mt.). Walking 5 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 14 Acclimatization day at Pheriche. Explore around the valley. Overnight at guest house.
Day 15 Pheriche to Lobuche (4910 mt.). Walking 4 ½ hours. Overnight at guest house. Day 16 Lobuche to Gorakshep (5153 mt.) to EBC and back to Gorakshep. Walking 7 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 17 Hike up to Kalapatthar (5545 mt.) in the morning and trek to Dzongla (5130 mt.). Walking 6 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 18 Dzongla to Gokyo (4790 mt.) via Chola pass (5330 mtr.). Walking 8 hours. Over night at guesthouse.
Day 19 Early morning hike up to Gokyo peak (5483 mt.) and trek back to Machhermo (4470 mt.). Over night at guesthouse.
Day 20 Machermo to Namche Bazar. Walking 7 ½ hours. Over night at guest house.
Day 21 Namche Bazar to Phakding. Walking 5 hours. Over night at guest house.
Day 22 Phakding to Lukla (2804 mt.). Walking 3 hours. Over night at guest house.
Day 23 Early morning fly back to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.
Day 24 Transfer to airport for departure from Nepal.
