Annapurna Base Camp Trekking
Annapurna base camp trek gives a deep-rooted feeling of trek. It is in deed a fantastic and adventurous for those people who love enjoying by the natural flora and fauna with pedantic snow-capped peaks. This ideal trek is a classical one to take an unparalleled mountain scenery and enormous glaciers' outlook including true Nepalese life and culture.
This trek starts and ends in Pokhara being a part of Annapurna Circuit or Jomsom / Muktinath trek. The Annapurna base camp is spreaded from Tatopani through Ghorepani and Tadapani by joining the main Sanctuary trail at Chhomrong. The trek involves several ascents and descents but not so hard to attempt as there are several alternative routes to the Sanctuary, all meeting at Chhomrong.
The Annapurna base camp follows the Modi river and passes through warm welcome of bamboo and rhododendron.After reaching Hinko cave,we can notice that vegetation has thinned and the gorge narrowed to be only a few hundred meters wide. Steep snow capped ridges falling from Himchuli on the left and Machhapuchhre on the right from the entrance to the Sanctuary.Passing through the gate and enter to the sanctuary, we will witness a huge amphitheatre enclosed by a solid wall of snow capped peaks.This trek will ultimately end in Pokhara.

Day 01 Arrival at Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel. Group meeting programme for detailed information about trekking. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Driving approx. 6 hours by tourist bus. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 One hour drive to Nayapul by car/van, trek to Tikhedhunga (1577 mt.). Walking 4 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 04 Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2835mt.). Walking 6 ½ hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 05 Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3210 mt.) to see 220 degree panoramic view of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range and sunrise, trek to Tadapani (2520 mt.).Walking 4 ½ hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 06 Tadapani to Chhomrong (2020 mt.). Walking 5 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 07 Chhomrong to Dovan(2600 mt.). Walking 5 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 08 Dovan to Deurali (3300 mt.). Walking 4 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 09 Deurali to ABC (4130 mt.). Walking 4 ½ hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 10 Retreat trek to Bamboo (2300 mt.). Overnight at guest house.
Day 11 Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (1600 mt.).Walking 5 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 12 Jhinu Danda to Tolka (1600 mt.).Walking 4 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 13 Tolka to Dhampus (1590 mt.). Walking 4 hours. Overnight at guest house.
Day 14 Dhampus to Phedi and drive to Pokhara by car/van. Overnight at hotel.
Day 15 Drive to Kathmandu by tourist bus. Overnight at hotel.
Day 16 Transfer to airport for departure from Nepal.
